Congratulations on the purchase or receipt of a Delish Pizza Gift Card, eGift Card or Gift Voucher (a “Card”). These terms govern your use of the Card. By purchasing or using a Card, you agree to these terms, any terms printed on the Card and terms provided by the approved Card issuer.
A Card may be used at participating Delish Pizza stores in the United States and for eligible online purchases. It is a prepaid product, not a credit card, charge card or debit card.
Purchasing a Card
Cards may be purchased through Delish Pizza and approved affiliates or successors where offered.
Before using the Card
Each Card has a maximum set limit. Keep the Card number and purchase receipt in a secure place. Lost, stolen or destroyed Cards can be reviewed for replacement only when proof of purchase and sufficient identifying information are provided and a balance remains.
Using the Card
Present or provide the Card number when placing an eligible order at a participating store. The Card may be used toward merchandise, delivery, taxes and other eligible charges while sufficient available funds remain. Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Available funds cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. If the purchase total exceeds the balance, a participating store may allow you to combine the Card balance with another accepted payment method. Store policies may vary.
You agree to keep the Card secure, not use it for illegal purposes, and notify us promptly if it is lost or stolen. Transactions made before notice is received may not be recoverable.
Available funds and transaction questions
Keep track of the available balance. Where balance lookup is available, use the instructions supplied with your Card. Questions about a transaction should be sent through our contact page as soon as possible and should include the Card number, transaction date, amount and a clear description of the issue.
Refunds and replacements
If a Card is lost, stolen or used improperly, contact us promptly. We may ask for the Card number, authorization code and purchase date. If our records show available funds and the request can be verified, we may cancel the Card and issue a replacement or refund as permitted by the Card program and applicable law.
No refund will be provided for amounts debited from a lost or stolen Card before we receive notice.
Returns
Gift cards, eGift cards and vouchers are generally non-returnable except where required by law. A purchase made with a Card remains subject to the return policy of the participating store.
Changes and cancellation
We may update these terms in accordance with applicable law. We may also suspend, cancel, add, modify or remove Card features. If we cancel a Card, verified available funds remaining after eligible transactions and fees will be handled as required by law and program rules.
Disputes
Disputes involving a Card may be subject to the dispute-resolution terms provided by the approved Card issuer and applicable law. Review the terms supplied with your Card.
Information we collect and use
To provide and protect the Card program, we may collect information supplied by a purchaser or recipient, activation details and transaction information. We may use this information to verify identity, administer and service the Card, process transactions, respond to questions, prevent fraud and maintain system security. Changes to this policy
Delish Pizza may modify or supplement this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its publication date, subject to applicable law and any separate issuer terms.
