This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use our website and services, including SMS marketing, email marketing and website analytics. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are controlled through the choices described below. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information we collect

Contact information

We may collect your name, email address, phone number and mailing address when you submit forms, request information or otherwise provide it to us.

Communications data

If you opt in, we collect your messaging preferences and maintain records of consent and opt-out activity related to SMS and email communications.

Usage and device information

We may use cookies, pixels and analytics tools to collect information about how you use our website. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited and interaction data.

Order and service data

If you place an order or use our services, we may collect details associated with those interactions.

Employment application information

If you apply for a job, we may collect information you provide about your education, availability, work history, qualifications, eligibility to work and signed application attestation. Please do not include sensitive information that the application does not request.

Location information

If you allow the nearest-store feature, your browser shares your approximate device location with the website to calculate nearby stores. We do not include that location in a contact message or employment application, and the nearest-store feature does not save it to your account.

4. Cookies, location and tracking technologies

We use an essential first-party cookie to remember your privacy choices. Vercel Web Analytics counts anonymous visitors, page views and selected website interactions using aggregated data without cookies. Vercel Speed Insights collects anonymous Web Vitals and performance context. PostHog provides limited cookieless measurement on every visit. Google Analytics is disabled unless you allow Analytics, and Google advertising tools are disabled unless you allow Marketing.

Cookie categories

• Essential: remembers privacy preferences and supports core website behavior.
• Cookieless and anonymous measurement: Vercel Web Analytics loads when this website is served by Vercel and counts anonymous visitors, page views and approved interaction events without cookies. Vercel Speed Insights measures anonymous loading, responsiveness and visual-stability performance. PostHog loads in cookieless server-hash mode when Analytics is not allowed, without storing an identifier in cookies or browser storage.
• Analytics: If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics measures page views, visits and interactions, and PostHog upgrades from cookieless measurement to persistent analytics, autocaptured interactions and session replay.
• Marketing: Google Ads supports advertising, remarketing and campaign measurement. Google Tag Manager loads the approved marketing container, which is currently empty. These services load only when you allow Marketing.

Privacy-choice measurement

When you select Accept all, Reject non-essential or save custom settings, Vercel Web Analytics records the selected category and whether no saved preference existed at that time or it was a subsequent saved decision while a preference already existed. A subsequent save can repeat the same selection. Clearing cookies, using private browsing or a future consent-version update can cause another choice to be counted as initial. Delish Pizza does not add your name, email address, phone number, cookie value or a persistent visitor identifier to that event. Vercel may process the event timestamp, page, referrer, approximate location, browser and device information and uses a request-derived visitor hash that expires after 24 hours. We use monthly aggregate decision counts to understand how the privacy controls are used. These counts do not identify unique people, do not include visitors who make no choice and are not used as a legal consent ledger.

Vercel, Google and PostHog may process device, browser, IP address, page and interaction information under their own privacy terms. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate your choices. You can accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies from the banner and change your selection at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer. If you reject or later revoke Analytics, Google Analytics stops collecting and PostHog stops persistent analytics and session replay, resets its stored identity, and continues only in cookieless server-hash mode. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights continue their cookieless anonymous measurement.

Location finder

When you open the locations page, your browser may ask for location access so we can automatically show the closest Delish Pizza. Coordinates are used in your browser to calculate and display nearby stores. This website does not save your precise location, include it in analytics, or attach it to a contact message or employment application.

Store maps and current hours

Store pages may load an embedded Google map and request current opening hours from Google Maps using a pre-approved location identifier. The current-hours response is displayed for that visit and is not saved in our location database; owner-approved regular hours remain available if the live request fails. Embedded Google Maps may receive your IP address, browser or device information and page context under the Google Privacy Policy. Current-hour requests made by our server do not include information from contact forms, employment applications or the nearest-store feature.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may share information with trusted vendors that help us deliver services, such as order processing, SMS and email delivery, customer support and analytics. They may use information only to perform services on our behalf.

Employment applications

Employment application information may be shared with the owners, managers or authorized hiring personnel for the Delish Pizza location you select and with service providers that securely store or deliver the application on our behalf. Authorized hiring recipients may receive periodic application-count summaries containing applicant names and links to a private, authenticated application portal. The portal limits store-owner access to applications for their assigned locations.

Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of Delish Pizza, our users or others.

Business transfers

If Delish Pizza is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Your choices

SMS opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Email opt out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Access and correction

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, employment, security and recordkeeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. We currently retain private monthly aggregate privacy-choice reports and the operational records used to prevent skipped or duplicate reports as an ongoing audit trail, subject to annual review. Those report records contain aggregate counts and operational timestamps, not names, contact details, cookie values or persistent visitor identifiers.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new Last Updated date.
