These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Delish Pizza services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Delish Pizza may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, order-related information and reminders. Message frequency may vary.

2. Consent to receive messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Delish Pizza to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

4. Opt in again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again by replying RESUME or by completing the E-Club signup form.

5. Help and support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or email support@delishpizza.com.

6. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies and will not exceed 4–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Google Maps features

Store maps, directions and current-hour information may use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps content is provided for convenience; contact the store if you need to confirm holiday or emergency changes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
